On-grid Inverter fully considers the needs of end customers. While having excellent performance, it uses LEDs as inverter status displays to effectively improve product life. Using DSP digital control, it can withstand a wide range of grid voltage and has all-round protection functions; while maximizing the benefits, it greatly improves the reliability of the product.
4.DC Cable & MC4 Connector & Tools
There are several steps involved in packing and shipping a solar system, including:
Increase energy production per unit area of solar panels:
Most ground mounts are sloped at 30 degrees, while most roofs range from flat to 20 degrees or less. At latitude angles across the Midwest, a solar panel tilted at 30 degrees produces more energy per year than the same panel installed at a lower slope.
Solar panel batteries run more efficiently:
Ground-mounted panels are better ventilated than roof-mounted solar panels, which are typically several inches above the roof deck. When roofs and solar panels absorb radiant energy during the day, they can easily heat up to well over 100 degrees. With most solar panels, the power output may be reduced when the battery is operated under extreme temperature conditions. With ground-mounted solar, they are well-ventilated from the front and back, helping to keep battery temperatures low and energy production high.
Lower Maintenance Costs / Easier Maintenance:
While solar systems are generally low maintenance, keep in mind that they are designed to operate for 30 years or more. Many solar systems feature power optimizers or microinverters mounted directly behind the panels. System inverters for ground mounting are typically installed behind the array and kept in the shade and out of direct sunlight. Panels, inverters, racks, optimizers or micro-inverters are all located on the ground, greatly improving the ease of servicing compared to roof-mounted arrays.
Roof Replacement - When the roof needs to be upgraded or replaced, removing and reinstalling the panels is no longer a problem when they are installed in the ground.
