There are several steps involved in packing and shipping a solar system, including:

Last but not least, the installation of the solar power system needs to be done precisely so that the maximum power can be generated through the solar power plant. No two roofs or grounds are the same, so the process requires system design and careful oversight to ensure the correct installation of a solar rooftop power plant.

 

In India, solar panels should be tilted at an angle between 8 and 33 degrees, but it varies depending on the installation height.

 

Solar panels must be grouted with anchor bolts or a concrete foundation to ensure durability in harsh conditions. The UPS and batteries must be mounted as close as possible to the panel to minimize DC transmission losses. When connecting panels in series it is necessary to ensure that the maximum allowable voltage is not exceeded.

 

There should be a minimum gap of 5 mm between two solar panels to allow for expansion of the material. Interconnected solar panels must be of the same type (monocrystalline or polycrystalline) and of the same power class. There should be no shadows on the solar panel as this can cause losses, hot spots etc.
